Insight Media was tasked with creating station IDs for the weather department at Kentucky channel CN2. Each ID needed to focus on a particular seasonal phenomenon or event.
This spot featured autumn leaves from a red oak being blown from their branches and piling on the ground below to form the station ID.
My role was to conceptualize the progression of the leaf ID formation from storyboard to animatic and develop the 3D animation while considering time and budget. Work was created in Maya, Photoshop and After Effects.
